Dear Blue Hose
We are glad to have you as part of our football team. We are working to get better as you read this
and we need you to be doing the same. The following sheets are your lifting and conditioning workouts
Each sheet has 4 weeks on it and each week is labeled at the top of each column. The weekly breakdown is
this: You will lift 3 days a week and run 2. We will lift M,W,F and run on T,TH. The lifting is on 5 different
sheets. The conditioning is all on one sheet.

you as soon as I can. Work hard to try and get yourself in the best physical condition you can before you arrive.
