Alcoholic Beverages:
Beer and wine may be sold for select athletic events by approved concessionaires.  Patrons purchasing beer or wine will be carded at the point of sale.  Beer and wine sales will end at or before the 7th inning.  Identification will be checked, and only individuals above the age with a horizontal license will be able to purchase alcohol.     

The possession of alcohol while entering the facility is expressly prohibited.  Patrons in violation will be ejected and may be subject to arrest.  In an effort to encourage an enjoyable experience for all fans, persons who are intoxicated will be denied entry into the stadium, regardless of ticket possession.

Artificial Noisemakers:
Unapproved and unsanctioned artificial noisemakers (air horns, vuvuzelas, etc.) are not permitted. However, sanctioned noisemakers such as “Thunder Sticks” or Cowbells as part of a gate giveaway are permissible. Fans are asked to be considerate and allow their neighbors to enjoy the game.

ATM:
There are no ATMs available at Bailey Stadium. The nearest ATM is located at TD Bank, 819 S. Broad Street, Clinton, SC 29325

Cameras & Video Equipment Policy:
Single-frame and flash photography are allowed. Video cameras and hand-held video equipment are prohibited. Neither lighting nor camera support pods are permitted to be used by guests. Camera equipment may not obstruct the view or travel path of others. Fans are not allowed to reproduce or re-broadcast any Presbyterian games for commercial purposes without the written permission of Presbyterian College and the NCAA.

All forms of video cameras are strictly prohibited.

Chairs:
Fans will be allowed to bring in their own stadium seat cushions or camping chairs. However, chairs are NOT allowed on any concrete or grass areas of the facility.

Child Supervision:
Children should have an adult with them at all times while in the facility. The ticket holder assumes all risk for themselves and their children upon entering the facility. 

Clear Bag Policy:
To provide a safer environment and more expedited entry for fans, Presbyterian College Athletics implemented a clear bag policy for all ticketed athletic events that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the venues.
Approved Bags
  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" — A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
  • A clear bag shall be clear from top-to-bottom, and up to a 2" trim/border on the bag is generally acceptable.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" — approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
Concessions:
Concessions will be available.

Pets / Dogs:
Dogs or pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the facility with the exception of service animals.

Fan Code of Conduct:
The Big South, Southern Conference, and the Pioneer Football League and its member institutions are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans. We want all event attendees to enjoy the experience responsibly. When attending an event, you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
  •  Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
  •  Intoxication or other signs of impairment that result in irresponsible behavior.
  •  Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  •  Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects onto the playing surface).
  •  Failing to follow the instructions of event personnel.
  •  Verbal or physical harassment of participants, officials, fans, or event personnel.
 Event attendees are responsible for their conduct. Event staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event attendees who violate these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future events.

Field Regulations:
No one is allowed on the playing field or sidelines before or during the game without proper credentials. Fans will be allowed access to the field to visit with the student-athletes of  Presbyterian College and the visiting teams after the games, after a 10-minute cooling-off period has expired.

First Aid:
If you require medical attention, uniformed ushers and security personnel are also available to assist in a medical emergency.

Food and Beverage Policy:
No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles, or cans are allowed into the facility.

Game Times:
All game times are subject to change. Presbyterian Athletics will publicize any time changes. Ticket refunds will NOT be made available because of a change in start time.

Gate Inspections:
All parcels, bags, and similar items are subject to inspection upon entry into the facility.
 
Gates Open:
Gates will open 60 minutes before the first pitch.

Inclement Weather:
In the event of inclement weather approaching the facility, public address and video announcements will be made to update fans on the situation.  Should lightning occur within 8 miles of the stadium, play will be stopped immediately.  Play will resume 30 minutes after the last strike occurs within the 8-mile threat radius.  Fans will be asked to exit the venue and seek shelter in their vehicles or to the main concourse on the south side of the stadium during weather delays.  All ticket stubs should be kept for re-entry in the stadium after the weather threat has cleared.

Lost and Found:
If you find an item, please return it to the nearest usher. If an item is not claimed, the item will be transported to Campus Police. To recover a lost item after the completion of an event, please call (864) 833-8301.

Parking Information:
Parking lots will open four (4) hours before the first pitch. 

Public Parking: 
General Admission parking is located in the large grass parking lot in the outfield.

Accessible Parking: 
A limited number of accessible spaces are available with a valid state-issued handicap parking placard.

Prohibited Parking: 
Vehicles are not allowed to park on the grass down the first baseline.

Postgame Policies:
Fans are not allowed on the playing surface until 10-minutes following the conclusion of the game.

Pre-Game Ceremonies:
Pre-game ceremonies for each Presbyterian home game, including special recognitions, the starting lineups, and performances of the National Anthem, begin 20 minutes before first pitch.

Prohibited Items:
Only those items needed for medical/family needs will be permitted. All carried items are subject to search. Prohibited items include:
  • Umbrellas
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Outside food or drink
  • Containers or coolers
  • Backpacks
  • Flags or poles
  • Firearms, weapons, or explosives (including fireworks)
  • Laser pointers
  • Tobacco products
  • Pets (except assistance animals)
  • Any item deemed by staff to be dangerous or inappropriate.
Restrooms:
Restrooms are located at the entrance to the facility.

Smoking / Tobacco Use:
All forms of smoking/tobacco use are prohibited.  Presbyterian College is a tobacco-free campus.  All use of tobacco and all smoking and vaping are prohibited in College buildings, in enclosed areas owned by the College, and on College property.

Solicitation:
Solicitation on the Presbyterian College campus, without the written consent of Presbyterian College or its agents, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
  •  Distribution of leaflets or other printed material.
  •  Distribution of products or performing services, whether for consideration or for free.
  •  Taking surveys or otherwise interfering with the free movement of guests.

Stadium Re-Admittance:
Stadium re-admittance is permissible. You must show your ticket to re-enter. 

Tailgating Policies:
Parking lots open four (4) hours before the first pitch, and tailgating must cease three (3) hours after the conclusion of day games and one (1) hour after the conclusion of night games.
  • Fans in all parking lots may use their area directly in front of or behind their vehicle to tailgate.
  • Tents or canopies must be secured by sandbags, water buckets, or stakes not more than 1’ long.
  • Tailgating amenities, including furniture, grills, generators, or satellite dishes, may not obstruct lanes of traffic.
  • Open flames, other than grills, are NOT permitted.
  • All trash must be disposed of in trash cans or packed and removed.
  • Disposal of grease, hot coals, or hazardous materials onto the ground or into storm drains is prohibited. 
  • Hot coals are to be retained in metal containers and must be carried out or left in the metal container or concrete for pickup and disposal.
  • Kegs and bulk quantities of alcohol are not permitted in any vehicle, in the parking lots, or on Bailey Memorial Stadium property.
  • Caterers are not permitted on the property. The unauthorized sale of merchandise, food, or beverages is prohibited.
  • All generators must be equipped with a noise-reducing device (manufacturer-approved cover or muffler); special care and consideration should be taken when managing fuel and extension cords affiliated with generators.
  • Motorized recreational vehicles, including four-wheelers, golf carts, scooters, etc., are prohibited.
  • Saving a parking space for another vehicle is not permitted.

Tickets:
Tickets are 100% digital.  Tickets can be purchased through our website at www.bluehosetix.com.

Weapons:
Absolutely no weapons are permitted at athletic facilities.
 
Perimeter of Stadium:
All spectators must enter the stadium to view the game.  Standing or watching from a vehicle parked within 50 yards of the perimeter fence of the facility or stadium is not permitted.
