NOTABLES
- Jenna Greene went the distance in the circle for Presbyterian, racking up 18 strikeouts while allowing just one earned run. Both the 12.0 innings pitched and 18 strikeouts established new DI era school records. Greene's efforts also established a new single-game record for team strikeouts.
- The contest tied for the longest game (by innings) in the school's DI era. Presbyterian also beat Northern Kentucky in 12 innings back on Feb. 16, 2013.
- Courtney White had a season-high three hits to lead PC's offense, picking up her team-best fifth multi-hit game of the year. The senior also scored a run and drove in another.
- Katelyn Petty and Jaiden Tweed each went 2-for-5 at the dish, with Petty registering the first multi-hit game of her collegiate career.
- Kross' 12th inning walk extended her on-base streak to 10 in a row, dating back to the end of the 2019 season. She is the only Blue Hose to have reached safely in all nine games this season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Presbyterian struck first, as Meadows scored on an error in the bottom of the third.
- The contest remained 1-0 all the way until the seventh, when the Bulldogs plated a two-out run to keep the game going and eventually push it to extras.
- Butler grabbed its first lead with a run in the top of the eighth, but White evened the score with a two-out RBI single.
- The Blue Hose loaded the bases in the bottom of the 10th, but were turned away.
- Both teams scored again in the 11th, with Macy Hyatt driving in the tying run for PC.
- Butler had runners on second and third with two outs in the top of the 12th, but Greene ended the threat with her 18th strikeout of the contest.
- In the bottom of the inning, PC loaded the bases for Kross, who drew a four-pitch free pass to give the Blue Hose their second walk-off victory of the season.
