CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College men's wrestling team will have its last dual of the regular season on Sunday as they take on the Davidson Wildcats (4-10, 2-5 SoCon) at 1pm.

• The Blue Hose are 0-2 all-time against Davidson. The Blue Hose dropped a match in 2020, 36-8 as Reid Stewart earned a 4-0 decision win. PC also fell to the Wildcats in 2021 by a 39-9 final as Stewart won again, this time by a 5-2 decision. Bernardino Gomez also picked up a win by forfeit.

 

• Davidson is 4-10 this season with two wins in SoCon matches, picking up wins over Bellarmine and VMI. The Wildcats most recently lost to App State 34-6, but have scored points in every single match this season.

 

• Presbyterian is coming off a 46-0 loss to App State on February 20. The only bright spot of the dual came in extra matches where Jacob Brasseur defeated his opponent by a 13-2 major decision. The Blue Hose are searching for their second win overall and the first in SoCon play.
