BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – The Presbyterian College men's wrestling team was unable to overcome a lackluster start in Friday afternoon's neutral-site matchup with SoCon foe Bellarmine, ending with a 49-0 defeat.

Running into one of the hottest teams in the division as the conference tournament inches closer, the Blue Hose fell victim to six technical falls and a couple of pins as Bellarmine acquired their fourth straight league win.

141-pounder Ryan Luna came closest to putting his squad on the board in the third bout of the day, dropping a tight 4-3 decision to A.J. Rallo.

Friday's result moves Presbyterian to 2-12 overall and 0-7 against SoCon schools. After dishing out a 45-0 beatdown over NAIA opponent Truett McConnell earlier this week, PC found themselves on the wrong end of another shutout in a meet that took place at Gardner-Webb.\

Head coach Mark Cody's crew will now look ahead to the 2025 regular season finale in Virginia, going up against VMI on Thursday, February 20. The action will start at 7:00 PM in Lexington.
