Jeep Patrick, senior
Jack Wofford, and senior
Trey Howard garnered All-Big South accolades, as announced by the league office on Thursday morning. Patrick, who won the Big South Championship Individual Title, was the league's Freshman of the Year, a Second Team All-Big South Selection, a Big South All-Freshman team honoree, and a Big South All-Championship team member. Wofford earned Second Team All-Big South honors for the second consecutive year. Howard earned a spot on the league's All-Academic team.
Patrick, Wofford, and Howard played major roles in helping the Blue Hose advance to the Big South Championship Match Play semifinals.
JEEP PATRICK
Big South Freshman of the Year, Second Team All-Big South, Big South All-Freshman Team, Big South All-Championship team
In the first round of the Big South Championship, Patrick shot a program and Big South tying record 63 with eight birdies and ten pars on the round. He became the first player in the program's history to win the Big South Individual title and earn a bid to the NCAA Division I Championship.Â
The Hilton Head, South Carolina native is the first player in the program's history to earn the Big South Freshman of the Year award. He captured three Big South Freshman of the Week awards (September 19, October 17, and April 10). Patrick is the fourth different Blue Hose named to a Big South All-Conference team.
This season, he averaged  72.8 strokes per round while shooting six rounds of 70 or lower. Â
JACK WOFFORD
Second Team All-Big South
For the second straight season, Wofford was named Second Team All-Big South, making him the third player in the program's history to earn multiple All-Big South team honors.
The Greenville, South Carolina native averaged 73.5 strokes per round while posting three rounds of 70 or lower. Wofford put the first point on the board for Presbyterian with a four and three win over Layne Lambert from Charleston Southern in the Big South Championship Match Play semifinals.
TREY HOWARD
Big South All-Academic Team
Howard is a three-time Big South Presidential Honor Roll selection and a member of Presbyterian College's Dean's List five times. The Woodruff, South Carolina native has a 3.46 GPA while majoring in business administration.
