CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College Blue Hose student-athletes continue to demonstrate their commitment to academic excellence, posting a 3.17 grade point average during the 2025 fall semester.

 

"Our student-athletes continue to raise the bar in the classroom, and this semester's results reflect the discipline, accountability, and pride they bring to everything they do," said Presbyterian's Director of Athletics Dee Nichols. "This type of success is also due to devoted faculty who work with the student-athletes. We are incredibly proud of how our Blue Hose continue to compete at a high level academically while representing Presbyterian College the right way."

 

Fourteen Blue Hose programs achieved GPAs of 3.0 or higher for the fall semester. The women's golf team led all Presbyterian teams with a 3.69 GPA for the fall, while the men's soccer team earned a 3.45 GPA to spearhead the men's programs.

 

In total, 60 student-athletes recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA this fall. An impressive 241 student-athletes made the Dean's List (3.3 GPA or higher) for the fall semester.
