FRIPP ISLAND, S.C. – The Presbyterian Blue Hose captured the Fripp Island Intercollegiate title at Ocean Creek Golf Club, carding a third-round 287 (+3) to finish with a three-round total of 860 (+8). The Blue Hose finished four strokes ahead of runner-up Gardner-Webb to secure their second tournament championship of the season, adding to their River Run Collegiate title from September.

Richard Anaclerio led the Blue Hose with a runner-up finish, carding a final-round 69 (-2) to post a three-round total of 211 (-2). Presbyterian placed three additional golfers in the top 20, with Gage Gaskins tying for 13th while Jeep Patrick and Spence Hagood finished tied for 17th.

Notables

• In the third round, Anaclerio eagled the par-five, 531-yard 18th hole. He also tallied four birdies and 10 pars on his round.
• Gaskins recorded an even-par 71 third round to finish with a three-round score of 217 (+4). He had two birdies and 14 pars on his final round.
• Patrick and Hagood finished with three-round scores of 220 (+7). On his final round, Patrick recorded a score of 72 (+1) with three birdies and 11 pars. Hagood shot a final round of 75 (+4) with 14 pars.
• James Rhodes finished in a tie for 33rd place with a three-round score of 222 (+9). On his third round, he shot a 77 (+6) with two birdies and 10 pars.
