CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College softball team returned to their home base on a picture-perfect Wednesday afternoon to deal with College of Charleston in a one-off scenario, ending the affair with an 8-1 setback.
PC fell victim to six RBI singles and a solo homer by the visiting party, dropping the Blue Hose to 13-22 overall.
Hoping to steer the ship back into the win column this weekend, the Scotsmen will stay home on Friday and Saturday for a key Big South series against Longwood. It will be a 1:00 start on both occasions.
