Fall 2021: Began his season at the Royals Challenge with a 30:37.6… finished second among PC runners at the Vertcross Invite with a 33:20.8… finished third amongst Blue Hose competitors at 31:25.0 during the Big South Championship…

Spring 2021: Began the season with a 31:57.6 at the Winthrop Invite… posted a season best 29:58.8 at the Big South Championship… Harmon led the team in the 1500 meter posting a 4:44.84… improved his 1500 meter at the Weems Baskin Relays with a 4:41.17… also posted a team best 10:30.66 in the 3000 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays… finished with a 4:54.77 in the 1500 meter at Winthrop…

2019-20: Opened the season at the Big South Preview with a 30:18.08 which set a new personal record… ran a 30:56 at the Queen City Invite… Improved his PR with a 29:14.9 at the Royals Challenge… he posted a 30:49.21 at the Big South Championship… Wrapped up the season with a 39:55.5 at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regionals… Harmon posted a personal record of 10:00.5 in the men's 3,000 meter indoor track event at the Carolina Challenge... he also posted a 5:05.99 mile at the Carolina Challenge... 

2018-19: Ran 31:22 (66th) in his first collegiate race at the Eye Opener ... Improved to a season best 30:31 (193rd) at the Queen City Invite ... Ran 32:20 (76th) at the Big South Championship ... Ran 38:14.7 (231st) in the 10k at the NCAA Division I SE Regionals ... Competed in one outdoor track meet ... Ran 5:02.87 (mile) and 10:29.04 (3000m) at the Carolina Challenge ... Competed in three outdoor track meets ... Ran 4:46.05 (1500m) and 18:01.21 (5k) at the Coastal Carolina Invitational ... Ran 4:37.56 (1500m) and 18:07.03 (5k) at the CIU Invitational ... Ran a personal-best 4:32.98 (1500m) at the Gamecock Invitational.

High School: Ran six seasons of cross country and track at Chapin HS for coach Jack Legrande … Earned team’s “Captain’s Award” his senior year … Member of four consecutive Region Championship teams (`14-`17) … Ran a PR of 17:03 his senior year at the Mike Moore Lake Murray Invitational … National Honor Society member … Earned the “Student Athlete Scholar Award” and “Academic Excellence Award.”
