2019-20: In the 5k Carolina Challenge, he posted a 20:45.52… Posted a season-best 31:33.1 at the Royals Challenge… Ran a 34:35.02 at the Big South Championships…

2018-19: Ran 32:53 (135th) in his first collegiate race at the Vertcross Invite ... Improved to run a season's best 31:49 (73rd) at the Big South Championship ... Ran 43:51.9 (232nd) in the 10k at the NCAA Division I SE Regionals ... Competed in three outdoor track meets ... Ran 4:43.72 (1500m) and was a member of the 4x800m team that ran 8:25.77 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational ... Ran 2:15.90 (800m) and 4:46.22 (1500m) at the CIU Invitational ... Ran a season-best 4:42.94 (1500m) at the Gamecock Invitational.

High School: Ran two seasons of cross country and track at Riverside HS for coach Eric Cummings … Also played two seasons of soccer … Ran a PR of 17:09 at the SCHSL State Meet his senior year … Voted Mr. Riverside … Senior Class President … President of Medical Warrior … Was Riverside’s mascot “The Warrior” for three years.
