Biography

2024-25: Led the Blue Hose in total victories in year three, having his hand raised nine times (four times versus Southern Conference opposition)...Five of his nine victories came by major decision, including an 18-9 differential in the SoCon opener versus Davidson, a 15-4 tally against the Duke Blue Devils on the road, and a 13-3 margin at Gardner-Webb...Bested three consecutive league enemies in February, among them a 13-6 W over Campbell...Scored at least nine individual points in each of his wins, the most of which came versus St. Andrews at Templeton Gymnasium in a 20-3 technical fall.

2023-24: Made a sizable leap over his sophomore year on his way to 10 victories, acquiring a 4th-place nod at the SoCon Championships in class 184 to end the campaign...Half of his W's occurred by either major decision or technical fall, embarking on a five-match winning streak in the middle of January that all fell inside of dual play...Defeated two league opponents in the regular season (Bellarmine and Chattanooga), both of which came on the road by an added differential of 28-10...Started off the SoCon tourney by upsetting Gardner-Webb's Jha'Quan Anderson with a 95-second pin, later adding a 9-5 consolation-round win opposite The Citadel's Adam Ortega to land 4th-place.

2022-23: Grabbed five individual victories over his debut year with the Blue Hose...All of those W's occurred in a tournament setting, picking up his first collegiate win at The Citadel Open (Nov. 13) over Newberry's Zach Hornsby via 11-2 MD...Tallied a 15-point technical fall against Sacred Heart's Mike Molina at the F&M Open (Jan. 6), later defeating Appalachian State's Joe Zovistoski in the Mountaineers' own open (Jan. 28)...Claimed a win in his first two bouts at the Newberry Open (Feb. 5), the first of which came in a 1:47 pin before a 3-2 decision over Chattanooga's Landon Lewis in the second round.

Prior to PC: Was a three-time AHSAA State Finalist and a two-time Alabama State Champion at Arab High School, completing a third-place finish at the 2022 Virginia Beach national tournament...Came in 6th-place at the USAW National Recruiting Showcase in 2021, balancing his duties as a wrestler with a membership on the AHS football squad, a sport where he was named first-team All-County and All-Region as a senior.

Personal: Hobbies include fishing and hunting...Brother, Joshua, is also on the Presbyterian Wrestling team...Son of Brad and Sherrie Roe.
