Sierra Bombard is in her first season as an assistant coach on Presbyterian’s coaching staff . Bombard joins the Blue Hose coaching staff after a successful acrobatics and tumbling career at Limestone University.
“I am so very excited to add Sierra Bombard to our coaching staff and family,” Christian said. “She has a strong background in the sport and is eager to begin her coaching journey. I am looking forward to the impact she will make as a Blue Hose.”
During her acrobatics and tumbling career at Limestone, she was a four-year starter who earned Conference Carolinas Athlete of the Week honors in March of 2020. In February of 2019, she garnered NCATA Honorable Mention Freshman of the Week accolades.
The Lebanon, Tennessee native graduated from Limestone with a degree in biology in May of 2022. During her academic career at Limestone, she was named to the NCATA Academic Honor Roll in 2019 and 2020 and to the Conference Carolinas Academic All-Conference team in 2021. She has also been a competitive gymnast who has taught private tumbling lessons for several years.
“I am so grateful for the opportunity PC acrobatics and tumbling is giving me with becoming an assistant coach,” Bombard said. “I am very excited to be able to give back to a sport that has already given me so many opportunities.”
