Spring 2021: Opened the season with a 32:28.5 at the Winthrop Invite… finished the Big South Championship at 29:46.2… broke the school’s DI record in the 400-meter at the CIU Rams Invite with a 53.89… also finished the 800 meter at CIU with a 2:06.29… at the Weems Baskin Relays he finished the 800 meter at 2:03.76… improved on his 400 meter school record time with a 53.55 at the USC Open…

2019-20: Opened the season at the Queen City Invite with a 30:52… Posted a personal best at the Royals Challenge with a 28:58.3… At the Big South Championships, he ran a 29:48.62… Posted a 36:37.9 at the NCAA DI Southeast Regionals

2018-19: Ran 33:52 (75th) in his first collegiate race at the Eye Opener ... Improved to run a season's best 29:03 (161st) at the Queen City Invite ... Ran 30:27 (112th) at the Vertcross Invite ... Ran 32:10 (74th) at the Big South Championship ... Competed in two outdoor track meets ... Was a member of the 4x800m team that ran 8:25.77 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational ... Ran a DI program-best 2:03.55 (800m) at the CIU Invitational.

High School: Ran five seasons of cross country and track at Chapin HS for coach Jack Legrande … Four-time All-Region runner in cross country … Named the 3A Region 4 MVP his freshman year after winning with a time of 16:46 … Ran a PR of 16:29 his junior year at the Mike Moore Lake Murray Invitational … Member of four consecutive Region Championship teams (`14-`17) ...
