Jung joins Presbyterian’s coaching staff after working the 2025 season as a performance analyst intern with the Houston Dynamo of the MLS.

The Incheon, South Korea native graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Analytics in 2025. Rice’s Sports Analytics academic program has been ranked number one in the country for the last seven years. During his college career at Rice, he worked three years as an analyst with Rice’s women’s soccer team, helping develop scouting reports.

Jung holds a USSF National “C” Coaching License. He spent two years coaching with Paris Saint-Germain Academy Houston, coaching the U15 and U13 teams. He also spent time working as a scouting intern with USL’s Phoenix Rising.

"I'm delighted to join the Blue Hose and work with an experienced coaching staff and talented group of players,” Jung said. “I look forward to developing the team and competing in the Big South."
