2024-25: Became an overnight sensation as a Blue Hose rookie, ranking third on the roster with 27 victories and pinning 16 opponents out of class 207 (the second-most on the team)...Won nine of her first 10 matches to begin her college career, continuing that torrid start by opening the campaign with 12 W's in 14 attempts...Claimed two regular season tournament titles at the Blue Hose Challenge and Red Lady Open, along with a couple of bronze pickups too...An eight-match winning streak in mid-January improved Aiono's personal record to 20-4, riding that momentum to a 3rd-place finish at the Southeast Regional bracket...Took that bronze at Regionals thanks to consecutive pins that took fewer than 60 seconds each...Ended a phenomenal freshman year by snatching 6th-place at Nationals, becoming one of six PC All-Americans in Iowa...Her first 11 victories in a Presbyterian singlet all came by either fall or technical, having her hand raised 71 percent of the time throughout an extraordinary debut season.
