Christopher "Cody" Oswalt serves as an Assistant Coach for the Presbyterian College women's wrestling program, bringing a passion for athlete development, years of coaching experience, and a strong commitment to growing the sport of wrestling. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Oswalt helps with the team's social media presence and assists in creating promotional graphics and marketing materials that showcase the Blue Hose women's wrestling program.
Oswalt began his wrestling career during his senior year at Woodruff High School, where he quickly established himself as one of South Carolina's top competitors by finishing as a South Carolina State Finalist during his first season. He continued his wrestling career at Spartanburg Methodist College before competing at Lander University.
Oswalt began his coaching career at his alma mater, Woodruff High School, where he helped develop numerous successful wrestlers. During his tenure, he helped coach an NHSCA Girls National Champion, multiple NHSCA All-Americans, multiple South Carolina state champions, a two-time South Carolina girls state champion, and numerous South Carolina state placers.
Outside of wrestling, Oswalt works full-time at ZF Transmissions in Fountain Inn, S.C.
