Elyse Kiploks completed her second season with Presbyterian women's basketball in the spring of 2026.
In 2025-26, Aminata Tal earned a spot on the Big South All-Academic Team. Ja'Cia Cunningham was named to the All-Tournament Team at the FIU Thanksgiving Classic, scoring an impressive 40 points across two games. Daniella Velez also claimed a spot on the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Coach Kiploks completed her first season as an assistant coach with the Blue Hose in 2024–25, contributing to player development and recruiting efforts. She helped guide Kishyah Anderson to Big South All-Conference Second Team honors and Paige Kindseth to an All-Conference Honorable Mention selection, while both also earned CSC Academic All-District recognition and Kindseth secured a spot on the Big South All-Academic Team.
She joined Presbyterian's coaching staff after spending the two seasons as associate head women's basketball coach at Ferrum College.
During her time at Ferrum, Kiploks coached Kayla Cabiness, an All-Conference player, who most recently finished her career third on the school's all-time scoring list with 1,625 points.
Before beginning her coaching career, the Melbourne, Australia native played five seasons of professional basketball for teams in Australia, England, and Spain.
Kiploks is a former student-athlete from the Big South who was a standout player at Charleston Southern. During the 2016-17 season, she started in all 32 games for the Bucs where she led the Big South in defensive rebounds per game (5.6), was third in blocked shots (1.3), and fourth in the league with an average of 7.3 rebounds per game.
After graduating in 2017 from Charleston Southern with a degree in Social Science, she spent two seasons as Charleston Southern's Director of Basketball Operations.
