A former player with over a decade of baseball experience, Conway has been active in the game through coaching, instruction, analytics, and scouting. He has participated in MLB’s Diversity Pipeline Program, coached in the USA NTIS Champions Cup, and attended the SABR Analytics Conference, engaging directly with MLB teams on player development and baseball analytics.
