Rich Weber

Rich Weber is in his first season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Presbyterian College men’s soccer program. Weber has over 25 years of college coaching experience, including five seasons as the head coach of Spartanburg Methodist College.

Before joining the PC coaching staff, Weber spent the 2024 season as the goalkeeper coach for Newberry College. From 2017 to 2020, he was the director of Clean Sheets Keeper. He spent the 2017 season as the goalkeeper coach at Anderson University.

From 2011 to 2015, he was the head coach at Spartanburg Methodist. During his time at Spartanburg Methodist, he coached one MLS SuperDraft selection, three NJCAA All-Americans, and 13 All-Conference players. In 2012, he was named Continental Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.

Before Spartanburg Methodist, he was a coach for the Carolina Elite Soccer Academy (CESA). During his coaching career, he has also been an assistant coach at Methodist University and Clayton College and State University. 

Weber played college soccer at Spartanburg Methodist and Greensboro College.
