CLEMSON, S.C. - The Presbyterian College men's tennis team opened their spring schedule with a loss to the Clemson Tigers. The match was played on the indoor courts hours after the Tigers also played host to the Wofford Terriers.
PC was unable to gain a point from doubles play. Gonzalo Asis and Grayson Mills came the closest, losing 8-3 to Bolona and Maden. The Blue Hose lost number two and three doubles by a score of 8-2 each.
PC also failed to score a point during singles play. Ivan Ho came the closest at number five singles, dropping the point to Clemson's Bolona by a score of 6-3, 6-3. At number three singles, Asis dropped a 6-0, 6-2 match to Moran.
The Blue Hose will return to play when they host The Citadel on February 4 at 2:00 p.m.
