The Presbyterian College men's tennis team came back from a 0-3 deficit to get the win on the road against Kennesaw State on Saturday, 4-3.

Ben Kelley (Weaverville, N.C.) and Ryan Miller (Norcross, Ga.) earned a 6-4 win at No. 2 doubles, but the Owls earned the doubles point by earning wins at No. 1 (7-5) and No. 3 (6-4).

Miller suffered a 6-2, 6-1 loss at No. 1 singles and Alexander Lykou (Aarhus, Denmark) was beaten 6-3, 6-1 at No. 3 singles to give Kennesaw State a 3-0 lead over the Blue Hose.

PC responded with four straight singles victories to earn the comeback win, sparked by Alejandro Bejar's (Madrid, Spain) 6-3, 7-5 win at No. 6 singles. Danny Bruce (Marietta, Ga.) picked up a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 2 singles and Diego Manzanas (Madrid, Spain) tied it up with a 2-6, 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 4 singles. Kelley tallied the game winner with another exciting comeback victory for the Blue Hose, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 at No. 5 singles.

PC improves to 7-1 on the year and will stay on the road next weekend when they take on Spartanburg Methodist and Davidson on Saturday, Feb. 7.
