GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Presbyterian College men's soccer fell in double-overtime to Furman 1-0 on Wednesday night.
How it Happened
Goalkeeper Connor Behrend made several athletic saves in regulation to help PC force overtime against the Paladins. However, Furman found the back of the net in the opening minute of the second overtime to end the game.
Man of the Match
Behrend recorded nine saves in the match and made several acrobatic saves to force OT and keep PC alive.
Stat of the Game
All five of PC's games this year have been decided by one goal.
Record
PC falls to 1-4-0, while Furman improves to 2-1-1.
