Series History | Last Meeting
This will be the 17th meeting between the schools with College of Charleston leading in the series, 13-3. However, it is just the third time these teams have met during PC's Division I era with the series tied at 1-1. Last season, the Blue Hose knocked off the Cougars in Charleston in an early morning "Education Game" by the score of 71-65. Senior Kacie Hall tied the program's DI single-game scoring record with 30 points on 8-19 (.421) FG shooting and 11-13 (.846) free throws.

Last Time Out
Jade Compton scored a game-high 20 points, including five three-pointers, but Florida pulled away in the fourth quarter to defeat PC 60-46. Trinity Johnson added 13 pts.

Up Next
Presbyterian heads up I-26 to play Wofford on Tuesday, November 26, in a 7 pm matchup with the Terriers.

Common Opponents
The Cougars are 4-2 with wins over familiar opponents in High Point (79-70) and SC State (76-55). CofC still has Winthrop (Dec. 1) and Charleston Southern (Dec. 20) on the schedule as well.

Coaching the Cougars
Robin Harmony was named eighth all-time women's basketball head coach at the College of Charleston on April 19, 2019. The 2018 Southland Conference Coach of the Year, Harmony joined the Cougars from Lamar University where her teams posted an overall of 115-66 (.635) and 83-25 (.769) mark in Conference games over her six-year tenure and made back-to-back WNIT appearances.

No Handouts
After allowing 10-26 (.380) free throws to SC State in the season opener, PC has allowed fewer than 10 made free throws in three consecutive games with West Virginia connecting on 7-9 (.778), William Peace sinking 7-8 (.875), and Florida hitting 8-16 (.500).

3PT Defense
PC is holding opponents to just .247 (18-73) on 3pt attempts while connecting on .325 (27-83). SC State shot 3-17 (.176) in the season opener, and William Peace sank a season-low 2-14 (.143).

Keep An Eye On
Trinity Johnson led the team with 15.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 31.6 minutes per game over the final 10 games of last season. Over that span, she also sank 75-99 free throws (.750). Johnson (11.0 ppg) has led the team in scoring twice this season.

Starting Strong
Bria Gibbs is averaging over two points more per game with a collegiate-best 7.8 ppg through four games. She started the season with 14 points at SC State on a perfect 6-of-6 performance from the floor.

Big South Honors
Kacie Hall was named to the Big South Preseason All-Conference Second Team. The senior guard averaged 12.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game last year while leading the Big South with a .415 three-point field goal percentage.

New Faces
Head Coach Alaura Sharp added seven new players by the way of two transfers and five freshmen. Redshirt sophomore Briley Buckner has also returned from an injury that kept her from playing last season.

Milestones Ahead
Kacie Hall has 162 career three pointers and needs 35 more to catch 4th place, Janie Miles (2014-18). The senior guard also needs 91 points to reach 1000.
