All-Conference Honors
The Blue Hose had five players honored by the Big South following the conclusion of the regular season. Cesar Sancho was named to the Big South First Team and the All-Freshman Team. Sergio Pinto and Luca Ziegler were named to the Big South Second Team, Adrian Edo Martin earned Honorable Mention honors, and Ricardo Hernandez was named to the Big South All-Academic Team.

Series History | Last Meeting
Winthrop and Presbyterian College meet for the 22nd time as Winthrop leads the series 17-3-1. However, the Blue Hose are 3-0-1 in the last four matchups. These teams played to a 1-1 tie on October 26 at Eagle Field. After Marc Carreras gave Winthrop the lead at 49:39, Sancho tied it with a late header at 83:56. Winthrop played with just 10 men after a red card at 39:41.

Scouting the Eagles
Seniors Jordan Walshaw and Marc Carreras were named to the Big South All-Conference Second Team after successful offensive seasons. Walshaw was two-time Attacking Player of the Week and finished third in the Big South in scoring with 19 points (5G, 9A). Carreras finished the regular season with 11 points (5G, 1A) and had goals in three straight games of Winthrop's current six-game unbeaten streak (3-0-3).

Scoring Breakdown
Cesar Sancho leads the team with 12 points (6G) with Sergio Pinto just behind at 11 points (5G). Riccardo Turcis (3G, 1A) and Luca Ziegler (2G, 3A) are tied with seven points on the season. Zacharia Diallo (2G, 2A) Adrian Edo Martin (1G, 1A), Pedro Crespo (1G), Harry Abell (1G), Michael "Brett" Wilson (1G) also have goals, while Ryan Standridge, Hunter Del Valle, Chris Salamatou, Ricardo Hernandez and Tyler Adu all have one assist.

Tournament History
Presbyterian College has advanced into the Big South Tournament and past the quarterfinals in each of the last four seasons. Last season, No. 3 Presbyterian advanced all the way to host No. 4 Campbell in the Big South Championship match where they fell to the Camels, 1-0, in overtime.
