Kacie Hall's 1,000th career point came via a fourth-quarter three that sparked a 16-7 run and led PC to a 55-42 win over USC Upstate on Saturday afternoon. Tionna Carter (15 pts, 14 rbs) recorded her first collegiate double-double and had game-highs in both categories.

Kacie Hall's fourth quarter three against USC Upstate gave the senior 1,001 career points and sparked a 16-7 run that led the team to a 55-42 win. She became the fifth player in PC's Division I history to reach 1,000 points.

Kacie Hall needs 15 three pointers to reach 197 in her career and tie Janie Miles (2014-18) for 4th place in PC's all-time record books.

Trinity Johnson is fifth in scoring (14.1), seventh in FG percentage (.418), sixth in assists (3.2), sixth in FT percentage (.716), second in steals (2.8), eighth in assist/turnover ratio (0.7). Double-Doubles

Presbyterian College ranks third in the Big South allowing opponents to just 57.0 points per game and a .381 field goal percentage. The Blue Hose are also fourth with 9.1 steals per game and boast a +1.4 turnover margin.

Big South Player of the Week
Trinity Johnson was named the Big South Player of the Week on December 9 after her 30-point performance against UNCW that saw the guard account for half of PC's offense. Johnson previously was named the Freshman of the Week during the 2018-19 season (March 10) after back-to-back games with 24 points.


New Faces
Head Coach Alaura Sharp added seven new players by the way of two transfers and five freshmen. Redshirt sophomore Briley Buckner has also returned from an injury that kept her from playing last season.
