CLINTON, S.C. – Coming off back-to-back Big South victories last week, the Presbyterian College volleyball team hits the road on Tuesday night for a matchup with league newcomer N.C. A&T in Greensboro. The match from Moore Gymnasium is slated for a 6 p.m. first serve.

Behind senior Erin Cooke's fifth triple-double of the 2021 season, the Presbyterian College volleyball team earned a four-set victory over Radford (25-22, 25-9, 23-25, 25-17) at the Templeton Center on Friday night. Cooke totaled 10 kills, 20 assists, and 18 digs in Friday's victory.

Senior Erin Cooke has totaled five triple-doubles on the season which is currently leading all NCAA DI volleyball players. Cooke's last triple-double came on Friday night against Radford with 10 kills, 20 assists, and 18 digs in the four-set victory. In her five triple-doubles this season, Cooke is averaging 14 kills, 18 assists, and 15 digs per match.
The Opponent...
N.C. A&T enters play on Tuesday with an 11-7 record after the Aggies late rally fell short on Saturday night against Campbell. The Aggies are 3-3 in league play with wins over Radford, UNC Asheville, and Hampton so far this season. Naiya Sawtelle leads the Aggies offense with 221 kills (3.11/set). She is second in the Big South with her 221 kills. Edie Brewer paces the league with 29 aces. On the defensive side, Shaylynn Hall leads the conference with 88 blocks.
Conference Leaders
The Blue Hose sits atop the conference averaging 2.03 service aces per set this season. PC is led by Rylee Moorhead who leads the team with 28 aces, while Allie Wright has 21 service aces, and Erin Cooke has 20.
Presbyterian also ranks third in the conference in blocks per set with 2.09/set. Sophomore Hailey Grocholski has a team-high 58 blocks, while Wright has recorded 57 blocks. Cooke is third on the team with 40 blocks.
As a team, PC has held opponents to a .144 hitting percentage on the season.
