Blue Hose Open Road Swing in Asheville on Saturday

CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College Volleyball team opens the three-match road swing on Saturday afternoon against UNC Asheville at the Justice Center. The match is set to begin at 2 p.m. on ESPN+.

Last Time Out...
Erin Cooke totaled her 14th double-double (13 kills, 14 assists) but the Presbyterian College volleyball team fell 3-1 (25-23, 21-25, 20-25,14-25) on Tuesday night inside the Templeton Center.
Cooke led the Blue Hose attack on Tuesday with 13 kills as the senior added 14 assists for her 14th double-double of the year. She also added eight digs, two aces, and a pair of blocks in defeat

Cooke Triple-Doubles...
Senior Erin Cooke has totaled five triple-doubles on the season which is currently leading all NCAA DI volleyball players. Cooke's last triple-double came on Friday night against Radford with 10 kills, 20 assists, and 18 digs in the four-set victory. In her fi ve triple-doubles this season, Cooke is averaging 14 kills, 18 assists, and 15 digs per match.

The Opponent...
UNC Asheville begins the weekend with a 4-13 mark as the Bulldogs will host CSU on Friday before welcoming in PC on Saturday afternoon. Molly Hackett leads Asheville's attack with 180 kills (3.05/set) this season. Grace Volk has set the Bulldogs off ense up with 500 assists (7.94/set) ranks second in all of the conference. Asheville has fi ve players with 100+ digs on
the season led by Peyton McClinton with 139 along with Hackett and Anna Skryd with 138 apiece.

The Blue Hose sits second in the conference averaging 1.92 service aces per set this season. Freshman Rylee Moorhead leads the team with 30 service aces, while Allie Wright has totaled 23 and senior Erin Cooke has 22 on the season.
