- It's the first interception returns for touchdowns by a Blue Hose defender since Robert Baker in 2018 returned one 34 yards against Bluefield.
- Smyth also tallied seven solo tackles and a pair of tackles for loss in Saturday's victory.
- Oka Emmanwori got the Blue Hose on the board with an 88-yard kickoff return in the first quarter. It was the first kickoff return for a touchdown since 2013 when Jeremiah McKie recorded a 97-yard return against VMI.
- Colby Campbell led the defense with 14 stops including 10 solo stops, while also recording his first sack of the spring. Campbell has now tied Brian Davis for the DI program record with 13 career sacks.
- It's the first time the Blue Hose have held an opposing offense without a touchdown since Sept. 27, 2018, when PC shut Lindsey Wilson out 10-0.
- PC recorded a season-high eight tackles for loss highlighted by Smyth, Campbell, and Jarrett Nagy recording two apiece.
- The Blue Hose defense made a season-high four stops on fourth down attempts by the Hatters on Saturday.
- This game was dedicated and the game ball was given to offensive lineman Noah Mangum and the Mangum family as Noah's father passed away recently.
- Tyler Huff passed for 166 yards in the contest as 91 of those yards went to Keith Pearson on six catches.
- With those 91 yards, Pearson became the first receiver in Blue Hose DI era to record 2,000+ receiving yards in their time at Presbyterian.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Stetson opened the scoring with a 33-yard field goal to take the early 3-0 lead.
- On the ensuing kickoff, Emmanwori returned the kick 88 yards for a touchdown to give PC the 7-3 lead.
- PC extended the lead to 10-3 with a 33-yard field goal from Maddrey early in the second quarter.
