Blue Hose Fueling Station Powered by Ingles

CLINTON, S.C. - Presbyterian College and Athletic Director Rob Acunto announced on Thursday an impactful corporate partnership with Ingles Market that will include the opening of a student-athlete fueling station in the Templeton Center.

The Blue Hose Fueling Station Powered by Ingles will serve as the main hub for all fueling needs for over 400 student-athletes, will help make nutrition a priority and maximize the potential of student-athletes in all of PC's 19 NCAA Division I athletic programs. "The partnership between PC Athletics and Ingles Market is another example of our commitment to the health and well-being of student-athletes," said Presbyterian College Athletic Director Rob Acunto.

"We continue to find ways to enhance the student-athlete experience and the addition of a fueling station will provide them the nutritional support needed to train and compete at a high level," Acunto continued. "Being able to partner with Ingles in order to make the fueling station a reality is even more rewarding."

The goal of the Blue Hose Fueling Station Powered by Ingles is to help fill the gaps in access to nutrients due to the unique time demands and schedules required of student-athletes because of their participation in intercollegiate athletics. The fueling station will be located in the lobby of the Templeton Center and will offer Blue Hose student-athletes a variety of healthy and nutritious options provided by Ingles.
