Coach Burgess' Thoughts
What a great way to end the season! Obviously, disappointed not making the tournament, but this team stayed invested these last two weeks of conference play and continued to get better. We're sad to see the seniors finish their careers at PC, but also really excited for what the future holds.

The hosts used a 7-4 run out of the break to extend to a 22-18 lead and force a Winthrop timeout. The Eagles answered with five of the next seven points to cut it to a 24-23 lead and force PC to call timeout. The Eagles rattled off back-to-back points leading to a second Blue Hose timeout. PC fought back and scored five of the final seven points to take the opening set 29-27.
