During the offseason, the Presbyterian College women's basketball program will share Get to Know your Blue Hose profiles. Our next profile features freshman guard Tilda Sjökvist.

Sjökvist joins the Blue Hose after averaging being named an All star in Nordic championship 2019 and gold medal, played in youth national team U16 and U18, played European championship 2019 with U16, played 3 years in Swedish top division (SBL dam).

Why did you choose to come to PC: Coach Sharp and her energy. She had a similar vibe that made me feel comfortable.
Influential people in basketball career: My sister
Transition from Sweden to America: I have had a very smooth transition coming from Sweden because I actually thought that I would miss home more. I feel comfortable and have been able to adapt very well. Time difference was a huge difference for me.
