CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College men's soccer team welcomes the Southern Wesleyan Warriors to Martin Stadium for Senior Night on Monday, August 25 at 7 p.m. Prior to the start of the game, the Blue Hose will honor seniors Nacho Gallego, Jose Lado, Gerard Lopez, Voro Rivera Peris, and Cameron Zamudio.

Last Time Out
The Blue Hose defeated Georgia Southern, 1-0, in their season-opening game last Thursday at Martin Stadium. Junior midfielder Lorenzo Nagy, who transferred from the University of South Carolina, scored his first career goal which was the game-winner in the ninth minute. Freshman goalkeeper Leo Stritter made two saves while collecting his career shutout.

Shutout in Home Opener – Last Thursday's 1-0 season-opening shutout victory over Georgia Southern marked the first time in Presbyterian's Division I era that the Blue Hose have begun the season with a shutout victory.

Scouting Southern Wesleyan
The Warriors lost their season-opening game to Georgia Southwestern, 3-0, on the road last Thursday. Southern Wesleyan recorded eight shots with one shot on goal in the game. Southern Wesleyan was picked 10^th in the preseason Conference Carolinas poll. Midfielder Hykeem Martin, who was a Second Team All-Conference Carolinas selection last season, returned to the Warriors lineup this year after scoring seven goals with three assists last season. Head Coach Josh Quarandillo is in his fourth season at Southern Wesleyan.
