BIG SOUTH WEEKLY HONORS
On September 25, Murray earned Big South Defensive Player of the Week honors and Faaborg Christensen claimed his second Big South Freshman of the Week award after helping the Blue Hose begin Big South Conference play with a 3-2 road win at UNC Asheville on September 23. Murray was the sixth player in school history to earn Big South Defensive Player of the Week accolades. Faaborg Christensen was the second player in the program's history to earn multiple Big South Freshman of the Week awards.
On August 28, Faaborg Christensen earned his first Big South Freshman of the Week after recording a hat trick in PC's 8-1 win over Southern Wesleyan. Faaborg Christensen was the seventh player in the program's history to earn Big South Freshman of the Week honors.
PRESBYTERIAN-USC UPSTATE SERIES
Saturday's game will be the 17
th meeting between Presbyterian and USC Upstate, who leads the series 9-6-1. USC Upstate won the last game between the two teams, 5-3, at home on October 12, 2022.

SCOUTING USC UPSTATE
The Spartans enter the game with a 3-5-2 overall record and a 0-1-1 mark in the Big South. This season, USC Upstate has wins over North Florida, Georgia State, and South Carolina with ties against ETSU and Winthrop.
