Scouting the Golden Bulls
Johnson C. Smith starts their season with their first trip to Clinton, S.C. Last season the Golden Bulls went 13-16 overall and 6-10 in the Southern Division of the CIAA Conference.

PC is scheduled to play 31 contests under the direction of sixth year head coach
Alaura Sharp during the 2023-24 season, including 16 league games which begin on January 3rd at home. The Blue Hose are slated to make trips to Kansas, Wilmington, Cullowhee, Charlotte, Columbia, and Las Vegas in non-conference play while welcoming Johnson C. Smith, CIU, ETSU, Morehead State, North Carolina Central, Queens, South Carolina, and Columbia College (S.C.) to Clinton. Presbyterian will play eight home-homes with the league in 2024, beginning with Charleston Southern on January 3.

Mara Neira (9.8 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 2.2 apg), and sophomore guards
Aubrie Kierscht (8.7 ppg, 2.3 rpg), Tilda Sjokvist (8.2 ppg, 3.4 apg),

Sharp Welcomes Coach Thomas
Presbyterian College and head women's basketball coach
Alaura Sharp announced the addition of coach
Caleb Thomas to her staff which finalizes the coaching staff for the upcoming season. Thomas spent the past two seasons as a graduate assistant at Louisiana Tech spending time on video/film evaluation along with scouting reports and recruiting. He spent time as a player development assistant as he constructed individual guard workouts based on personnel and offensive scheme. He also spent time working with daily practice facility prep along with game-day operations. Thomas was a key component in both official and unofficial visits to campus helping to facilitate for the Louisiana Tech program. He also had a hand in helping prepare social media content for various accounts. On the court, Thomas was a part of the 2021-22 West Division Champions at Louisiana Tech and the program also totaled the most league wins in program history. He finished his graduate studies with a Master's in Health Informatics (MHI) at Louisiana Tech this past year.
