Hilton Head, S.C. – The Presbyterian Blue Hose men's golf team completed their first two rounds at the Wexford Intercollegiate at the Wexford Plantation Golf Course on Monday. The Blue Hose are in 16th place with a two-round score of 609 (+33). Presbyterian tallied a first-round score of 307 and a second-round score of 302.

The host team Francis Marion is leading the tournament with a two-round score of 581 (+5).  The Blue Hose are in front of fellow Big South Conference teams Winthrop and Gardner-Webb and trail Charleston Southern by one stroke after two rounds.

Francis Marion's Grant Sellers holds the lead in the individual championship after tallying a score of 139 (-5) after two rounds. PC is led by Lleyton Renner who is currently tied for 25th place with a two-round score of 148 (+4).  

Notables

• Renner recorded four birdies and nine pars on his first-round score of 75. In his second round, he had five birdies and seven pars on his way to a 73.
• Jimmy McCollum is tied for 32^nd place with a two-round score of 149  (+5) (first-round score of 77, second-round score of 72). He had six birdies and 22 pars over his first two rounds.
• Jack Wofford is tied for 64^th place with a score of 156 after two rounds (first-round score of 76 and second-round score of 80). He had one birdie and 23 pars in his two rounds.
• Columb Knight is tied with Wofford for 64^th place. He posted a first-round score of 79 and a second-round of 77. Knight recorded four birdies and 21 pars during the first day at the Wexford Intercollegiate.
• Thomas Hollingsworth is in 82^nd place with a two-round score of 160 (posted a score of 80 in each round). After two rounds, Hollingsworth recorded two birdies and 22 pars on his scorecard.
