Blue Hose Set to Host League-Leading Gardner-Webb on Saturday

CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College women's basketball team returns home on Saturday as the Blue Hose welcome in league-leaders Gardner-Webb to the Templeton Center for a 2 p.m. tip against the Runnin' Bulldogs on ESPN+.

- The Blue Hose return to Clinton on Saturday for a 2 p.m. tip against Gardner-Webb as the Runnin' Bulldogs come in on an 11-game win streak following a 97-63 victory on Wednesday over CSU. PC looks to get back in the win column following a 71-50 defeat at Radford on Wednesday night.

- The Presbyterian College women's basketball team battled tight thru three quarters with host Radford, but the Highlanders opened the fourth on a 15-0 run as the hosts grabbed the 71-50 victory inside the Dedmon Center on Wednesday night. Bryanna Brady led the Blue Hose with 14 points in the contest.

Last Time Out vs the Runnin' Bulldogs
- Brady tallied a career-high 29 points to lead the Presbyterian College women's basketball team, but Gardner-Webb withstood a late Blue Hose rally to earn the 90-86 win on Wednesday night at Paul Porter Arena. The Blue Hose battled from down 11, 88-77 with 1:19 but came up short on Wednesday night in Boiling Springs.

- The Huskvarna, Sweden native continues to rack up the assists throughout the 2022-23 season as Sjökvist has totaled 88 assists this season including 46 of those coming 11 league games. She sits second in the league and in the top 90 in the nation in assists with her 88 helpers as she's also second in the conference with 4.0 assists/game. She's had eight games this season with 5+ assists.
