CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian Blue Hose (1-9-1, Big South: 0-3-0) lost to the High Point Panthers (4-3-5, Big South: 2-0-1), 4-0, in Martin Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Blue Hose welcomed back former PC women's soccer standouts for today's Alumni Day.
HOW IT HAPPENED
In the 15
th minute, High Point's Fain Buete scored the game's first goal off an assist from Emily Mashinski.
In the 62
nd minute, Mashinski scored off assists from Alex Murphy and Lindsey DeHaven.
In the 67
th minute, Buete scored her second goal of the game.
In the 74
th minute, High Point's Leah Malone rounded out the scoring with a goal off an assist from Amelia Courbron.
NOTABLES
Presbyterian finished the game with 11 shots led by
Sloan Spees with five shots with all three Presbyterian's shots on goal.
