BOILING SPRINGS, N.C.  - The Presbyterian Blue Hose (9-10, Big South: 1-3) lost to the Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs (6-12, Big South: 1-2), 76-60, on the road on Saturday afternoon.
 
Samage Teel led the Blue Hose with 14 points. Marquis Barnett scored 13 points and grabbed six rebounds. Trevon Reddish-Rhone scored eight points and grabbed nine rebounds.  Kobe Stewart scored seven points and grabbed seven rebounds.
 
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
FIRST HALF – Gardner-Webb scored the first eight points of the game. Samage Teel got the Blue Hose on the board with a couple of free throws. Gardner-Webb would push their lead to 25 points at one point in the half. Presbyterian was able to cut the deficit to 18 points after a couple of free throws from Kobe Stewart at the 3:21 mark. Gardner-Webb led 48-24 at the half.
 
SECOND HALF – Presbyterian outscored Gardner-Webb, 36-28, in the second half.
 
NOTES

• Teel tallied his 13^th double-figure scoring game of the season with 13 points
• Barnett posted his 15^th double-figure scoring game of the season and the 34^th of his career with his 14 points.
