CLINTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College women's basketball team will host the UNC Wilmington Seahawks as their home opener on Thursday, November 14 at 11:00 a.m. as their annual education game.
EDUCATION DAY
Thursday's game will include education-based activities during timeouts and halftime. Students will receive an interactive packet to use before, during, and after the game. At the conclusion of the game, the team will hold autograph signings for the students.
This year's event is free to attend for kindergarten to eighth grade students. Faculty and chaperones will also receive free admission. If parents who are not chaperoning would like to attend, we have a discount code for them to use for half off admission.

A LOOK AT THE BLUE HOSE
Presbyterian has averaged 50.0 ppg while recording a 36.3 field goal percentage. Senior guard
Paige Kindseth leads the team with 9.7 ppg and 4.7 rpg. Junior guard/forward
Kishyah Anderson is not far behind with 9.3 ppg while shooting at a team high 52.4 rate from the field. Junior guard
Shelby Fiddler leads the team from beyond the arc, with a 29.4 three-point shooting percentage (5-of-17). The Blue Hose are led by first year head coach
Tiffany Sardin.
SCOUTING THE SEAHAWKS
Over their first three games this season, UNCW has earned a 1-2 record, securing their win over Clinton College. The Seahawks have averaged 62.0 ppg while shooting at a 37.2 rate from the field. Redshirt sophomore Taylor Henderson leads the team with 15.0 ppg while also taking a team high of 5.3 rpg and 3.0 apg. Freshman guard Tia Dobson leads the squad with eight steals. UNCW is led by first year head coach Nicole Woods.
PRESBYTERIAN – UNCW ALL-TIME SERIES
The last time that these two teams met was last season when the Blue Hose won 64-51 on the road. UNC Wilmington leads the all-time series between the two teams 3-1.
THE 2024-25 SLATE
Presbyterian's non-conference lineup includes five home games and eight road games. Before starting conference play, the Blue Hose will compete in the Puerto Rico Clasico, facing Morgan State and Montana State. Conference play begins January 2, with PC set to take on each of its eight Big South opponents twice in a balanced home-and-away schedule.
PC HEAD COACH TIFFANY SARDIN
Coach Sardin takes the helm for her first season with the Blue Hose, bringing experience from her roles at Saint Louis, Chicago State, Longwood, Boston U, Clemson, Illinois-Chicago, and Mount Olive.

LAST SEASON
The 2023-24 Blue Hose women's basketball team claimed their first-ever Big South Tournament championship, earning a spot in the prestigious NCAA Tournament. They continued their incredible run by defeating Sacred Heart in the NCAA play-in game. The team set new program records across the board, including the most wins in Presbyterian's Division I era with 21 victories. They also set records for points, rebounds, and assists.
