The Presbyterian Blue Hose (4-3) travel to Tennessee to play the Chattanooga Mocs (4-6) and the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles (0-4) this weekend. First, the Blue Hose play the Mocs on Saturday, February 24 at 11 a.m. Then, PC concludes the weekend with a road match at the Golden Eagles on Sunday, February 25 at 2 p.m. Â

BIG SOUTH WEEKLY AWARDS
Cardoso was named Big South Men's Tennis Player of the Week on February 7. He is the 14
th different player in the program's history to capture the Big South Player of the Week award. Cardoso claimed the award after recording three singles wins and three doubles wins with three different partners in helping the Blue Hose post a perfect 3-0 record that week.

PRESBYTERIAN-CHATTANOOGA SERIES
Saturday's match will be the sixth meeting between the two teams since 2019. Presbyterian has won four of the previous five meetings including the last three. In Presbyterian's 5-2 win at the Templeton Tennis Courts in their last contest on February 26, 2023.
Loup Alleno and Matos tallied singles wins that day. Cardoso was part of a doubles team that recorded a win that day. Presbyterian defeated the Mocs, 7-0, in their last match at Chattanooga on February 27, 2022. Matos recorded a singles and a doubles win that day.

SCOUTING CHATTANOOGA
The Mocs have won two of their last three matches including a 7-0 win over Tennessee Southern in their most recent match this past Tuesday. Ethan Carr and Gabriel Castillo lead the team with five dual match wins apiece. Carr has won at number three, five, and six singles. While all of Castillo's wins have come at number one singles. The doubles team of Peyton Gatti and Jakub Jupa have won a team-leading three dual matches all at number one doubles.

Sunday's match is the second meeting between the Blue Hose and the Golden Eagles. Presbyterian defeated Tennessee Tech, 7-0, in their previous match at home on February 18, 2023. Yadav tallied a three-set win at number four singles in that match.

SCOUTING TENNESSEE TECH
The Golden Eagles have lost to Tennessee, Vanderbilt, UAB, and Alabama on the road this season. Sunday's match marks their home opener. Against UAB on February 1, Davida Spaks recorded a singles win and the Golden Eagles captured the doubles point with wins at number one and three doubles.
