AIKEN, S. C. – The Presbyterian Blue Hose finished play at the Cleveland Golf/Palmetto Invitational with the final round on Tuesday. Presbyterian finished in 13
th place with a three-round score of 900 (+60). Junior
Jack Wofford finished tied for 22
nd place to lead the Blue Hose with a three-round score of 217 (+7).
Davidson won the tournament with a three-round score of 845 (+5). South Carolina-Aiken's Rory McDonald O'Brien captured the individual title with a three-round score of 207 (-3).
Notables
- Wofford posted a score of 73 (+3) on his third round with three birdies and nine pars.
- Senior Thomas Hollingsworth paced the Blue Hose with a final-round score of 72 (+2) to finish tied for 45th place with a three-round score of 224 (+14).
- Senior Lleyton Renner finished tied for 62nd place with a three-round score of 231 (+21). He shot a final round of 77 (+7) with two birdies and eight pars.
- Freshman Spence Hagood finished tied for 64th place with a three-round score of 233 (+23). He recorded an 82 on his final round with eight pars.
- Senior Frank Gilliam finished in 70th place with a three-round score of 238 (+28). He shot a final round of 81 with one birdie and nine pars.
