CLINTON, S.C. – Prior to opening the 2025 spring campaign, sixth year head coach Joel Roberts and the Presbyterian College women's tennis program are excited to announce the signing of Roxana Valdés as the newest member of the Blue Hose family.
 
"So excited to welcome Roxy to our program," said Roberts. "She is a great player and will help us tremendously this Spring!"

A native of Cuba, Valdés represented her country in the 2024 Billie Jean King Cup, competing as a member of Team Cuba. She chose Presbyterian College to further her athletic development while pursuing her education.
 
Excelling both on and off the court, Valdés was among the top students in her class at Giraldo Córdova Cardín. At Presbyterian, she plans to major in computing, aiming for continued success in academics and athletics.
