CLINTON, S.C. – Senior guard
Kobe Stewart scored his 1000
th career point while scoring a career-high 28 points but the Presbyterian Blue Hose (9-13, Big South: 2-5) lost to the Radford Highlanders (14-8, Big South: 4-3), 82-69, on Saturday afternoon in the Templeton Center.
The Blue Hose honored former Blue Hose men's basketball standouts and coaches today for Presbyterian College's annual Scotsman Club Letterwinners Day.

Stewart scored 28 points on 11-for-15 shooting from the field and 6-for-9 from beyond the three-point arc.
Iverson King scored 14 points.
Kaleb Scott rounded out Presbyterian's double-figure scorers with 11 points.
HOW IT HAPPENED
FIRST HALF – Scott scored the game's first two points. With the score tied at two, King scored five straight points giving the Blue Hose a 7-2 lead a minute and half into the game. With PC leading 9-8, behind a three from
Jamahri Harvey and a jumper in the lane by Stewart the Blue Hose increased their lead to 14-8. Stewart's basket with 15:55 on the clock put him over the 1,000-point mark for his Presbyterian career. Radford scored eight straight points to take the lead.
Kory Mincy connected on a three from the top of the key which tied the score at 19 with 10 minutes on the clock. The Highlanders went on a 14-3 run to take back the first half. At the half, Radford would take a 44-27 lead into the locker room.
SECOND HALF – Presbyterian outscored Radford 42-38 in the second half. After Stewart connected on a layup with 16 minutes on the clock, the Blue Hose cut Radford's lead to 11 points, 48-37. However, that would be as close as Presbyterian would get to Radford's lead the rest of the game.
INSIDE THE BOXSCORE
- Stewart's 28 points marked his fifth 20-point scoring game of the season and the 17th double-figure scoring game of the season.
- King tallied his seventh double-figure scoring game of the season with his season-high tying 14 points.
- Scott's 11 points was his sixth double-digit scoring game of the season.
