ADRIAN, Mich. – After a nearly-flawless start to the 2025-26 campaign, the #5 Presbyterian College women's wrestling team will enter their first tournament of the new season on Sunday afternoon up north.
PC – who defeated three opponents in dual play by a combined 118 points – will enter the Adrian Invitational in Michigan, starting at 10:00 AM on November 9.
Counting the Blue Hose, there will be 15 colleges participating in this weekend's event. Among the competition are some regular PC adversaries such as Sacred Heart, Campbellsville, and Frostburg State.
It was an A+ outcome for Presbyterian against Allen, Newberry and Huntingdon, winning those three matches by a minimum of 37 points each. Of the 30 standard matches in those duals, PC lost just once.
PC's national-championship aspirations started strongly, sporting seven nationally-ranked wrestlers that went a combined 13-0 in those three duals.
