COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Presbyterian College cross-country teams, led by junior 
Isabel Whitman and sophomore  
Noah Kaufman, broke school and personal records at the John-Hunter Classic at CIU.
Notables
Women's Team
	- Whitman PRed and shattered her school record by five seconds in the 800m with a time of 2:25.26. She finished second out of 39 athletes in the 800. She did the same with the 400m, with a time of 1:03.27 to finish fifth.
 
	- Sophomore Abby Donaldson set a PR in the 800m by 3 seconds. She broke 2:40 with a time of 2:38.68.
 
	- Senior Caroline Rairigh ran her first 800m of the season with a time of 2:38.95.
 
Men's Team
	- Kaufman shattered his 5000m time and broke 17 minutes for the first time with a time of 16:29.35. The second-fastest open 5000m in D1 school history.
 
	- Senior James Crim opened his season with 11.83 in the 100.. The time is 0.02 off his non-wind-assisted PR.
 
	- Freshman David Harner broke 17 minutes in the 5000m for the first time in his career with a time of 16:36.74. The third-fastest open 5000m in D1 school history.
 
	- Freshman Gavin Guyton also had a career PR in the 800m with a 2:03.83. His second race returning to track after hip surgery.
 
	- Senior Gabe Butler finished the 400m with his second-fastest time of 52.88. Butler PRed in the 200m with a time of 24.03.
 
	- Junior Nizeyimana Aristide ran a 400m PR of 53.05.
 
	- Junior Samuel Wall PRed in the 200m with a 24.97.
 
	- The Men's 4x400m team with Aristide, Wall, Guyton, and Butler broke the school record with a time of 3:39.12.
