BALTIMORE, Md.  – Behind wins in the Pyramid, Toss, and Team Events, the Presbyterian Blue Hose (4-1) defeated the Morgan State Bears (0-5), 237.045-221.985, on the road on Sunday afternoon.

Kara Christian. "We had a tough start, and they did so well picking up the energy and fighting until the end to get the win. We are excited heading into Stevenson on Tuesday!"

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Presbyterian scored 31.45 to Morgan State's 34.85 in the Compulsory Event. The Blue Hose posted a score of 9.35 in the Toss Heat.
- In the Acro Event, Presbyterian scored 23.60 to Morgan State's 23.70. In the 5-Element Heat, the Blue Hose tallied a score of 9.25.
- In the Pyramid Event, Presbyterian topped Morgan State by a score of 28.70 to 25.65. The Blue Hose posted a score of 9.60 in the Open Heat.
- Presbyterian outscored Morgan State, 25.50 - 23.20, in the Toss Event. Presbyterian collected a score of 9.10 in the Open Heat.
- In the Tumbling Event, Morgan State outscored the Blue Hose, 51.175 – 47.875.  The Blue Hose posted a score of 9.35 in the Open Pass.
- Presbyterian rallied for the overall win after outscoring Morgan State, 79.92 to 63.41, in the Team Event. Â

- In the Compulsory Event Toss Heat, the team of  Mia Cantu, Jaleigh Richmond, Abby Katz, Robyn Beeman, Adyson Stancil, Kayla Miller, Sofia Cipriani, Taylor Gooding, Victoria Smith, Alyssa O'Keefe, and Grace Smith tallied a score of 9.35.
- In the Acro Event 5-Element Heat, the team of Gooding, Beeman, Kalena Veirs, Iveren Asom, and Avery Michowski collected a score of 9.25.
- In the Pyramid Event, the Open Heat, the team of Victoria Smith, Grace Smith, Dilara Michlena, Stancil, Katz, and Ruiz recorded a score of 9.60.
- In the Tumbling Event Open Pass Heat, Presbyterian's Katz picked up a score of 9.35..
