LEXINGTON, S.C. – The Presbyterian College men's tennis team closed out its 2025 campaign on Thursday afternoon at the Lexington County Tennis Complex, falling 4-1 to Gardner-Webb in the semifinals of the 2025 Big South Championship. With the result, the Blue Hose finish the season at 5-15, while the Runnin' Bulldogs improve to 18-4.

PC opened the match by securing the doubles point with wins at the top two positions.
David Mamalat and
Evgenios Vasilakis dominated at the number one spot with a 6-1 victory over Gardner-Webb's Eduardo Dias and Boyd Schreiber, followed by
Pedro Cardoso and
Daksh Prasad clinching the point at the number two position by taking down the Runnin' Bulldog's Kaua Cressoni and Numa Lemieux-Monette, 7-5.

Gardner-Webb responded in singles play, earning four straight-set wins to secure the team victory. Mamalat, Prasad, Vasilakis, and
Denim Yadav each fell in their respective matches. Two matches — Cardoso at the number two slot and
Eduardo Valentin at number five — went unfinished.
