NCAA RANKINGS - Presbyterian ranks second in the Big South in scoring defense after limiting its opponents to 69.8 points per game. The Blue Hose are second in the Big South and 71st in the nation in rebounding margin, averaging 5.3 rebounds per game more than its opponents.
BLOCKED SHOTS - Chiakwelu recorded six blocked shots against Wofford (December 3), which is tied for the highest single-game total in Presbyterian's DI era. Peterson has also posted six blocked shots in a game in his career. Peterson accomplished that feat at Winthrop last season (January 29, 2025).

At Manhattan (December 21), he grabbed 11 boards. In Presbyterian's last game in the win over Truett McConnell (December 28), he grabbed 11 rebounds. In the win over USC Upstate (January 3), he collected 12 rebounds. At Radford (January 7), Pierce recorded 11 rebounds. At Longwood (January 10), he grabbed 10 rebounds.
PROGRAM RECORD FREE THROWS MADE AND ATTEMPTED - In Presbyterian's 86-77 win over USC Upstate (January 3), the Blue Hose set the program's DI era record with 31 made free throws and 43 free throw attempts.
Triston Wilson made a school DI era record 17 free throws in the game.
PC COACH QUINTON FERRELL - Quinton Ferrell is in his seventh season as the head coach of his alma mater, Presbyterian College. Ferrell, a former Blue Hose team captain and a 2007 PC graduate, is one of 51 coaches in the NCAA Division I ranks who are coaching their alma mater.
PRESBYTERIAN-UNC ASHEVILLE SERIES – Wednesday's game will be the 43
rd meeting between Presbyterian and UNC Asheville, with UNC Asheville leading the series 30-12. The two teams split their two meetings last season, with each team winning on the road. UNC Asheville beat PC, 96-87, in their last matchup at the Templeton Center, January 11, 2025. The Blue Hose beat the Bulldogs on the road, 64-59, on February 26, 2025. Parrish scored 10 points off the bench in that win.
UNC ASHEVILLE – The Bulldogs enter the game after wins over Longwood and Radford. Sophomore guard Kameron Taylor leads the Bulldogs and ranks second in the Big South in scoring at 17.2 points per game. Fifth-year guard Justin Wright is second on the team and fourth in the Big South in scoring at 17.0 points per game.
