PRESBYTERIAN NOTABLES
- For her performance in Presbyterian's season-opening tri-meet on February 13, junior Sofia Cipriani earned NCATA Honorable Mention Specialist of the Week honors on February 18.
- In the season-opening meet on February 13, Presbyterian earned a program all-time high score of 8.85 in the Synchronized Toss Heat while tying the program's all-time high score in the Inversion Pyramid Heat.
- In Presbyterian's last meet at No. 11 Saint Leo on February 22, the Blue Hose posted program all-time high scores of 9.90 in the Pyramid Event Inversion and Synchronized Heats.
- The Blue Hose returned 18 letterwinners from last year's team, which set the school record with seven wins. Presbyterian welcomes 10 newcomers to the 2026 roster.
- Presbyterian coach Kara Christian is in her fourth season at the helm of the Blue Hose program.
- Challenging Schedule – On February 13, the Blue Hose began its season with a tri-meet at Missouri State and against No. 5 Augustana. Then, Presbyterian played No. 11 Saint on February 22. PC faces Wingate in their home opening meet in the Templeton Center (March 1). Presbyterian hits the road for meets at No. 15 La Salle (March 11) and Frostburg State (March 14). The Blue Hose return to the Templeton Center to close out the regular season against No. 11 Saint Leo (March 19) and Bluefield State (March 28).
SCOUTING WINGATE
- The Bulldogs enter Sunday's meet after wins over No. 14 Lander, Coker, and Converse.
- On February 17, Abigayle Heney earned Conference Carolinas Athlete of the Week honors after helping lead Wingate to their win over No. 14 Lander.
ACROBATICS & TUMBLING MEET
A meet consists of six events: Compulsory, Acro, Pyramid, Toss, Tumbling, and Team Event. Teams compete in a predetermined rotation order throughout each event. Events are immediately scored by three judges.
